My name is Mandy Gonzales and I am a native to Colorado. I have been married for 23 years to an amazing husband and we are blessed with four beautiful children – two boys, 22 and 20 years old, and two girls 12 and 11. Both girls were sweet little surprises! We are a crazy, active family and love our two dogs Billie, Daisy, grandpuppy Otis, and three kitties Louie, Pippi and Gustavo (Gus).
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services, am a certified birth doula, and an ayurvedic postpartum doula working with mamas for the past 4 years. My life is dedicated to babies and children with 30+ years of experience. I absolutely love being a doula because it gives me the opportunity to use my knowledge to support families with compassion and education. I can talk about birth and newborn care for days!
My goal is to work collaboratively with the birthing person, their partner, and families to give them confidence and knowledge to help them every step of the way – each journey into parenthood is different. I also firmly believe in trusting your intuition and utilizing evidence-based information when taking care of your newborn.
