Rachel is from central Pennsylvania and moved to Denver in 2018. She doesn’t have children of her own yet, but she has 15 years of experience caring for babies and children as a preschool teacher, researcher, full-time nanny, and postpartum doula! Rachel joined the Belly Bliss team as a Belly Yoga and Baby & Me Yoga instructor in 2020. As a registered 500hr and RPY yoga teacher, she can be found teaching prenatal, postpartum, baby and me, power and private yoga classes throughout the Denver metro area. She also began her Postpartum Doula journey in 2022 and has been loving supporting families in that way along with teaching yoga. She loves live music, cooking (and eating!) lots of delicious plant based food, and spending time outdoors with loved ones.
