Get answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

Belly Bliss follows Denver Public Schools in terms of Inclement Weather Closures. On non-school days Belly Bliss will monitor local weather conditions to determine whether or not to remain open. Please check our social media channels for any weather related closure announcements. We understand that weather can change quickly, but in general snow storms are predicted days ahead of time. Please monitor weather reports if you have a class or an appointment on a day where inclement weather is forecasted. If you are not comfortable driving in winter weather conditions, please plan accordingly and cancel your appointment more than 24 hours ahead of time. Same day cancellations for forecasted winter weather conditions will incur a late cancellation fee.

Belly Bliss accepts HSA and FSA payments for all services. However, Belly Bliss and its providers are not networked with any insurance company, nor do we direct bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. We have chosen a model of care separate from your insurance to ensure that you receive the best care for you, determined by your unique needs, and not dictated by your insurance company. Our prices are transparent and we will provide you with an estimate of all anticipated costs related to your care. Payment is due at the time services are rendered, however we can also provide a payment plan to those that qualify.

Scheduling and Fees: Clinic appointments can be scheduled by calling 303-399-1191 or by visiting our online booking page, www.bellybliss.janeapp.com. Fees for services can also be found on the booking page under the appointment description. Payment is due at the time of service. Please call the clinic to inquire about package or membership options. 

Online Booking Policies: A credit card is required for all bookings, whether made online or over the phone. By booking online you agree to our cancellation policies, see below. 

Cancellation Policies: All clinic appointments carry a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any changes or cancellations to your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment start time will incur a cancellation fee. If you are unable to keep your appointment please notify the clinic via phone (303-399-1191) or email (info@bellybliss.com) as soon as possible. Timestamps on emails and voicemails will be honored to avoid cancellation fees. Any no call/no show appointments will be charged the full fee of the appointment.

Late Arrival Policies:

Chiropractic – Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Our doctors are typically fully booked and make every attempt to run on time throughout the day. Some patients on some days may need a little extra attention, which may result in our running behind. We promise to always give you the same time and attention during your appointment. We understand that you may also run late due to traffic, parking, etc, and we will be flexible if possible. However, in an effort to respect the time of the patient’s that are scheduled after you, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late for a follow up appointment you may be asked to reschedule.

Massage – Our massages are booked by the time on the clock, not the time on the table. If you arrive late, need to use the restroom after arrival, or need to complete paperwork, this will cut into your massage time. We are not able to extend your massage time in these circumstances because we must respect the massage start time for the next scheduled patient.

Online Booking Policies:

Classes may be booked online up to 15 minutes before the start of class. All new students will need to create an account and register for their first class ahead of time. New students that drop in without pre-registration cannot be accommodated. While registration is not required for returning students, it is recommended to ensure we have space available in the class. By booking online you agree to our cancellation policies.

Workshops may be booked online up to six months before the workshop. All new clients will need to create an account to register for a workshop. Registration and payment are required for all workshops. By booking online you agree to our cancellation policies

Cancellation Policies:

Classes may be cancelled online or over the phone up to two hours before the start of a yoga class. Any class cancelled within two hours of the class start time will forfeit the class credit.

Workshops may be cancelled online or over the phone up to 72 hours prior to the workshop start time. Any workshop cancellation prior to 72 hours is eligible for a full refund. Workshops may be cancelled over the phone between 24 and 72 hours before the workshop start time and are eligible for an account credit. Any workshop cancelled less than 24 hours before the workshop start time will forfeit workshop registration fees.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and yoga mat. We do have yoga mats available for rental and have community props (blocks, blankets, bolsters) available for use. Students arriving 5 or more minutes after the class start time will not be allowed to enter class. Once the instructor has begun the class sequence it is very disruptive to the class to have additional students enter the studio and set up their mat. If you arrive late to class and find that you are unable to enter the studio please contact us for a one time class credit.

Belly Bliss does not offer refunds for any clinic services or yoga pricing options. All of our services, classes, workshops, packages, and memberships carry different expiration dates. Please make note of your expiration date at the time of purchase. Please note that our service packages and class punch passes are not eligible for expiration date extensions. All package items must be used prior to the package expiration. Membership services or classes are eligible for a hold or pause in the event of a medical event (Baby!). If you would like to request a hold or pause of your membership please contact us in writing at memberships@bellybliss.com as soon as possible to prevent additional fees. Membership fees are not eligible for refund.
