A comprehensive Prenatal Yoga class focused on preparing you physically, mentally, and emotionally for the process of birth and becoming a parent. This class will increase strength, physical and mental endurance, flexibility, breath and body awareness, while reducing fatigue and improving relaxation. Prenatal Yoga also helps reduce back pain and other common ailments associated with pregnancy such as nausea, tights hips, and heartburn.
Postpartum Yoga is a place for those that have recently given birth to gather and explore common issues experienced during this new chapter of life. You can start coming as soon as you’ve been cleared by your midwife or doctor to exercise after birth, and keep coming for as long as you’d like! This class is a time to take care of you. We’ll focus on relaxation and mediation, a restorative yoga session.
Baby & Me Yoga
An excellent class for busy parents, allowing them to enjoy Yoga, introduce their baby to the practice, and promote bonding. This Yoga class for parents and caregivers is focused on the postpartum body and includes poses that are interactive with baby. Practicing Yoga with your baby will help with baby’s development, relieves gas, reflux and colic, and help establish good sleeping habits. This class is ideal for pre-crawlers/non-mobile babies.
Restorative Belly Yoga
Our Restorative yoga class is a meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body, incorporating use of props. Unlike other forms of yoga, restorative yoga requires you to hold asanas or poses for an extended length of time, typically 5 minutes or more. Restorative yoga helps to relieve the physical and mental effects of everyday stress, and eases common ailments such as headaches, backaches, anxiety, and insomnia with the use of restful poses and deep breathing techniques. This practice is great for beginners, all stages of pregnancy, especially third trimester bellies, and postpartum bodies.
Partner Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Partner Yoga is the fun practice of exploring many different yoga postures done in physical contact with another person. Students experience a deeper sense of release and stretching through sharing weight and touch with their partners. This style of yoga practice helps you develop a strong feeling of connection with your baby and partner both on and off your mat. No prior yoga experience necessary.

I personally have done the Belly Yoga classes for pregnant women and it has helped me so much with not only finding stretches to stretch out those sore places but also to meet other expecting mothers. They offer free support classes as well for expecting mothers or new mothers and have baby and me classes that I plan to attend once baby is born.
